These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the URTCast Roku channel ("the App"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
URTCast is a free receiver that displays photos and plays videos and audio sent to it by its companion mobile app over your local home network. It plays the media you choose; it does not provide, host, or sell any content of its own.
You are responsible for the media you cast and for ensuring you have the right to display it. Do not use the App for any unlawful purpose or to display content you do not have the rights to use.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device, network, or media format.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
